Mary Anne Staniewski, age 62,
of Friendship, Wisconsin died Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at the
Serenity House in Tomah, Wisconsin. Memorial services will
be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2009 at the St. Joseph
Catholic Church in Friendship, WI. Father James P. McNamee
will officiate. Interment will be at the St. Leo�s Catholic
Cemetery, Friendship, Wisconsin.
Friends may call at the church on Friday from 10 a.m.
until the time of service.
Mary Anne was born January 31, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois
to Robert W. and Marcella (Finnegan) Peters. She married
Kenneth J. Staniewski on October 12, 1968 in Chicago, IL.
The couple was blessed with two sons. Mary Anne and Kenneth
moved to Wisconsin in 1983. Mary Anne worked as a clerk for
the Dept. of Natural Resources until her health gave way.
Mary Anne enjoyed gardening and making her family and
friends happy.
Mary Anne was a member of St. Joseph�s Catholic Church.
Mary Anne was preceded in death by her parents; son,
Edward R. Staniewski; and brother, Robert Peters;

were cared for by Mary Anne throughout the years
