Mildred
Fern Heitman, age 87, of Friendship, Wisconsin died Monday,
March 16, 2009 at Hess Memorial Hospital in Mauston,
Wisconsin.Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on
Thursday, March 19th, 2009 at Roseberrys Funeral
Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Rev. John Krebs will
officiate. Burial will follow at the Quincy Cemetery, Town
of Quincy, Adams County, Wisconsin.
Friends may call at Roseberry's Funeral Home on Thursday
from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
Millie was born on the family farm, August 2, 1921 to
Robert and Hazel (Walker) Heitman. She lived her entire life
on the farm with her brother, LeRoy. She would always help
water the cows, feed the cats and kittens.
Millie had several younger children around her that she
adored and they will miss her dearly.
Millie was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and
Hazel Heitman; her sisters, Bernice Albee and Lucille Spieck;
and brothers, Howard and LeRoy Heitman.
She was baptized March 16, 1999 at St. John�s Lutheran
Church in Quincy.
Millie is survived by her two sisters, Irene Stone and
Blanche Bork, several nieces and nephews, and her special
dear friends that cared for her and shared their lives with
her, Evelyn Wikman and family and her favorite Wyatt.
Millie would always want you to wish her good luck, and
would always let you know she loved you.
