David
E. Fenner, age 65, of Weyauwega (formerly of Adams),
Wisconsin passed on Monday, November 23, 2009 at the
Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca, Wisconsin.Funeral
services will be 12:00 Noon on Friday, November 27, 2009 at
the Roseberry's Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Rev.
John Krebs will officiate. Military honors will be presented
by the Adams County Honor Guard. Interment, following
cremation, will be at the Fordham Cemetery, Town of Adams,
Adams County, Wisconsin.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 Noon on Friday
at Roseberry's Funeral Home.
David was born September 12, 1944 in Adams, Wisconsin to
Earl and Dorothy (Voboril) Fenner. He graduated from
Adams-Friendship High School in 1962. He married Sharon
Renner in November of 1962. The marriage was blessed with
two children before ending in divorce. He was a veteran of
the Vietnam War, serving in the Army, stationed in Thailand.
Following the war, he married Jane McManus in April of 1972.
To this union was born four sons. The couple later divorced.
For the past ten years, David has shared his life with
Yvonne Friday.
David worked as a mechanic at Quality Transmission in
Milwaukee and A-F Motors in Adams before starting Fenner�s
Automotive Service in 1977. He sold his business in 1989,
and then worked for AAL selling life insurance. David later
worked for Terrace Homes and Fenner Excavating before
retiring in 2006.
David enjoyed golfing, coaching little league baseball,
bowling, camping, dancing, shooting pool, traveling,
woodworking, spending time with his family, especially his
children and grandchildren.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and
Dorothy Fenner; and his sister, Diann Klatt.
