Bobb was born December 19, 1922 in Portage, Wisconsin to Ivan and Hattie (Bade) Little. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the Navy.

Bobb was the bookkeeper for Gunderson Construction for many years. He was also an avid collector.

Bobb was preceded in death by his parents, Ivan and Hattie Little; and brothers: Russell, Gordon, and James Little.

Survivors include his sisters, Jean (Don) Sutfin of Portage, Wisconsin and Shirley (Ray) Ludka of Racine, Wisconsin. He is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
