 Leonard
Irving Conrad Jr., age 83, of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin
died Monday, December 27, 2010 at the Wisconsin Rapids
Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wisconsin Rapids,
Wisconsin.
Military Honors will be presented at 10:30 a.m. Thursday,
December 30th, 2010 at Central
Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery,
King, Wisconsin. Interment of the urn will be at a later
date.
Leonard was born August 4, 1927 in East Douglas,
Massachusetts to Leonard I. and Nancy (Anderson) Conrad.
He enlisted in the Navy during WWII, serving in the Pacific
Theater, Leonard later was drafted in Army during the Korean
War, serving in Japan. He married Grace Von de Veld on
November 3, 1972 in Aurora, Colorado.
Leonard enjoyed reading, making black powder guns, and
solving puzzles.
Leonard was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard I. and
Nancy (Anderson) Conrad; brother, Russell Conrad; and
sister, Nancy Conrad.

Son: Larry Conrad of Phoenix, AZ

Son: David Conrad of NM
Brother: David (Barbara) Conrad of CO
Step-daughter: Donna (Brett) Adamczak of Wisconsin Rapids,
Wisconsin
And
7 Grandchildren
