 George
R. Zindler, age 68, of Westfield, Wisconsin died Saturday,
July 17, 2010 at the Select Specialty Hospital in Madison,
Wisconsin.
Funeral services
will be 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at the
Roseberry's Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin.
Pastor Barbara Merwin will officiate. Interment will be at
the Pine Grove Cemetery, Town of Lincoln, Adams County,
Wisconsin.
Friends may call
at Roseberry�s on Wednesday from 12 Noon until the time of
service.
George was born
March 14, 1942 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Howard and Emma (Mielke)
Zindler. He grew up in Milwaukee and married Donna Hall in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin. George and his family moved to
California where he worked at Sonoma State University as
Director of Food Service. He retired and moved back to
Wisconsin in 2004.
George enjoyed
fishing, painting ceramics, gardening, and working as a lay
minister at Cross and Crown church in Rohnert Park, CA.
George was a
member of the Sonoma County Lay Ministers Association.

preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Emma Zindler;
and his son, Brian Zindler.

He will be missed
