JoAnn Adams, age 65, of Necedah, passed away
on Saturday, January 15, 2011, at Fair View Nursing Home in
Mauston, WI. She was born in Friendship on September 26,
1945, the daughter of Edwin and Alice (Fleming) Sutherland,
one of 17 children. JoAnn enjoyed spending time with family,
reading, crossword puzzles, and most of all faithfully
attending church every Sunday.
She is survived by her 3 sons: Thomas and
Ronnie Greenland of Beloit, and Lonnie (Jenifer) Greenland
of Janesville; 4 grandchildren: Scott and Brian Greenland of
Denver, Co, and Kali and Amber Greenland of Beloit; 9
siblings: Arlyann (Bob) Grignon of Necedah, Norman (Inga)
Sutherland of Beloit, John (Virginia) Runkle and Jane
(Michael) Merryman of Arizona, Myrtle Schutte of Necedah,
Kenneth (Wanda) Sutherland and Bobby Sutherland of Beloit,
Millisa (Dale) Leikness of Marshfield, and Milinda (Dennis)
Jardeen of Nekoosa; and many other extended family and
friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; 4
brothers: James, Jesse, Arnold and Edward Sutherland; and 2
sisters, Shirly and Margaret Sutherland.
A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 p.m.
on Wednesday, January 19, 2011, at Roseberry�s Funeral Home,
Friendship, WI, with Rev. David Cooper officiating. Burial
will be at New Rome Cemetery in Rome, WI, following the
service. A Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the
time of service at the funeral home. ROSEBERRYS FUNERAL
HOME, Friendship, WI, is assisting the family.
