Allen Raland Westfahl, age 77, of Wildwood, Florida, formerly of Grand Marsh, Wi died
March 22,2012 in The Villages, FL after a short battle with cancer. A memorial service
will be held Friday April 13th at 11:00AM at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Adams with a visitation
held from 10:00AM until the time of service. Interment will be at the Easton
Cemetery, Town of Easton, Adams County, Wisconsin.
Allen was born Oct. 1, 1934 in Sugar Bush, WI to Raland and Nelda (Kronberg) Westfahl.
He attended school in Neenah, WI. On 3-19-1955 he married Ila Hilgers in Dubuque, IA,
they were married 57 years. The marriage was blessed with 4 daughters.
Allen worked in West Side Vending in Elgin, Il for many years before moving to
Wisconsin where they owned and operated Westfahl’s Grocery in Endeavor. They retired
in 1996 and made Wildwood, FL their permanent residence in 2001.
Allen was preceded in death by his parents, sister Carol Westfahl and grandson Allen Navlyt.
He is survived by his loving family:
