Angela M. Cada

Angela M. Cada, age 82, of Adams, Wisconsin died Monday, July 4, 2011 at Liberty Manor in Adams, Wisconsin.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 12 Noon on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Friendship, Wisconsin. Father James P. McNamee will officiate. Interment will be at the St. Leos
Catholic Cemetery, Friendship, Wisconsin.

Friends may call at Roseberrys Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m., a prayer service will held at 6:45 p.m., and on Thursday at the church from 11 a.m. until the time of Mass.

Angela was born August 23, 1928 in Chicago, Illinois to Ciro and Maria Vincitorio. She married James R. Cada on July 2, 1955 in Chicago, Illinois. They moved to Adams County in 1970. Angela served as the church Secretary for Father Angelo and Father Kelly at St. Josephs and St. Anns Catholic Churches for many years. She also worked in Wisconsin Dells for the Olson Boat Company Aunt Jennys Got It All Store retiring in 1998.

Angela enjoyed traveling, she visited Italy with her grandson, Kyle in 1999. She also enjoyed sewing, upholstery
and being a seamstress, creating five wedding dresses.

Angela was a member and past treasurer of the Easton Ladies Aid and St. Josephs Catholic Church.

Angela was preceded in death by her parents, Ciro and Maria Vincitorio; husband, James Cada; grandson, Dustin Peterson; sister, Caroline Vincitorio; brother, Phillip Vincitorio; and sister, Lucille Benz.

Brother: Ralph Vincitorio of Chicago, Illinois
Sister: Lorraine Schwetzky of Addison, Illinois
Brother: Anthony Vincitorio of Cicero, Illinois
Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

    I had the honor to visit with Angie several times at Liberty Manor. She always greeted you with Hi Hon or Hi Sweetie and always wanted you to stay to eat with her. I am happy that I had one last visit with her on Saturday. Even at her most vulnerable time, she still said "Hi Hon" and "Thank you for stopping". And she never once mixed Janis and I up!!!
