Annie Kwasniewski

Annie Bernice Kwasniewski, age 95, of Wisconsin Dells, passed away on March 7, 2011 at the Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston, Wisconsin.

A Celebration of Life will be 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 11, 2011 at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Mauston,Wisconsin. Father Valentine will officiate.

Annie was born November 7, 1915 in Wyoming to Jacob and Bernice (Sadel) Mucha. She married Harry Kwasniewski on November 26, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois.

Annie was preceded in death by her parents, Bernice & Jacob Mucha; brothers: Joseph, Jack & John; and sisters: Marie, Francis & Helen.
