Audeen Elaine Lund, age 82, of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin died Monday, March 12, 2007 at the St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at the Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Interment will be at the Mt. Emblem Cemetery, Elmhurst, Illinois.
Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home.
Audeen was born March 23, 1925 in Beloit, Wisconsin to Govert Charles Bengston and Margaretha
Eleanora Louisa (nee Hildebrandt) Bengston. She married Erling Lund on March 20, 1949 in Chicago, IL. Audeen was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post #6003 of Oxford, the Star of Bethlehem Chapter 100 of the Order of Eastern Star of Portage, WI.
Audeen was preceded in death by Husband, Erling, Mother, Father, Brother, Forrest G. Bengston; and an infant Sister, Margaret Bengston.

Audeen was a wonderful lady. I met her at moundview hospital when she would come in as a patient. She will be missed.

My Aunt Audeen was the Best of the Best. I will always cherish the memories I have of spending time with her. She will always have a special place in my heart.
Audeen was very proud of her family. They all meant so much to her. She was happy to be able to live her life in her own home with her 2 kids, Red and Booths. She enjoyed many visits by phone from family, and receiving cards, pictures and letters.

I read about Audeen’s passing in the Dells Events after work today. I am so sorry I didn’t have a chance to say goodbye. She was a wonderful lady and we will miss her.
Audeen was a dear friend to Wayne, Erik and me. She brought joy into many lives due to her kindness, generosity and loving attitude. We will miss Audeen, and she shall have a place in our hearts forever.
