Beverly Lorraine Meyer

Beverly Lorraine Meyer, age 66, of Grand Marsh, Wisconsin died Friday, February 25, 2011 at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin.

Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 9th, 2011 at the Grand Marsh Community Center in Grand Marsh, Wisconsin. Pastor Sam Downey will officiate. Friends may pay their respects at the the Grand Marsh Community Center on Wednesday, March 9th, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Beverly was born July 5, 1944 in Forest Park, Illinois to John and Esther (Berkelman) Quayle. She married Stephan Meyer Jr. on February 15, 1964 in Forest Park, IL. The couple settled in Grand Marsh, Wisconsin in the early 1980s.

Beverly enjoyed collecting birdhouses and gardening.

Beverly was a driver for Meals on Wheels and volunteered for the Grand Marsh Community Center as a treasurer.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, John and Esther Quayle; husband, Stephan Meyer Jr.; Sons: Troy Meyer and Sam Meyer; and grandson, Troy Meyer Jr.

Son: Richard (Mary) Meyer of Baraboo, Wisconsin
Daughter: Tina (Chester) Matrick of Grand Marsh, Wisconsin
Daughter-in-law: Wendy Meyer of Woodstock, Illinois
Grandchildren: Nathan Meyer, William Meyer, Stephanie Swenson, Rebecca Meyer, Christopher Jahnz, Nicholas Jahnz
And four Great-Grandchildren

    Tina,my thoughts are with you and your family. I will miss her so….she was like a the voice of reason even when you didnt want her to be! A outspoken woman to say the least.
