Christine Marie Vahary

Christine Marie Vahary, age 63, of Adams, Wisconsin passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at her home.

Chris was born December 21, 1961 in Harvard, Illinois to Robert Ray Campton and Carol June Parrish.

She attended Lakeland High School in Elkhorn, WI and after that she was a dedicated and compassionate individual who spent many years working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing care and comfort to those in need. She later settled in Alabama for years before returning back to Wisconsin. Chris was the angel of the family—always giving, never judging, and the first to step in and care for others, often forgetting to care for herself. Her kindness and selflessness touched everyone around her, leaving a legacy of love and compassion. She found great joy in spending time with her family and caring for her beloved pets, Chase and Bella. Her kindness, warmth, and love for those around her will be deeply missed.

Chris was preceded in death by: her father Robert Campton, and her siblings Terry Campton, Kim Carlson, Cindy Campton, and Sheryl Hedding.

She is survived by: her partner Darrin Vahary, her mother Carol (Alan) Murray, her brothers Jeff and Jerry Campton, her children Bobbi (Chris) McWilliam and Brian Messier, her grandchildren Mariah and Dominic Odegaard, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Chris’s love and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. Celebration of Life is to be determined at this time.
