Claude E. Townsend

Claude Earl Townsend age 63 of Friendship, WI was reunited with his wife Debbie Townsend on December 8^th, 2021, in eternal life.

Claude was born June 17th, 1958, in Janesville Wisconsin to Donald and Patricia (Gillespie) Townsend. He was united in marriage on February 19th, 1977, to Debbie R. Aaronson in Janesville, WI. This Marriage was blessed with three sons.

Claude loved and cherished his family he was a loving husband, father, father-in-law, son, brother, grandfather, Step Grandfather, and Great grandfather. Claude loved working with his hands especially if it had an engine, Claude graduated from Blackhawk Technical College for auto mechanics and was a Jack of all trades and could fix almost anything, which was a trait he passed on to his three sons. Claude also enjoyed listening to music and playing his guitar.

Claude is preceded in death by his wife Debbie R. Townsend, parents Donald and Patricia Townsend, and his in-laws Ray and Lorraine Aaronson.

Claude is survived by his sons, Warren (Autumn) Townsend of Mauston, Daniel (Stephanie) Townsend of Mauston, and Jamie Townsend of Friendship. Grandchildren Donald Townsend, Tamera Solinski, James Townsend, Matthew Townsend, Madaline Townsend & Haley Townsend. Step- Grandchildren Skylar Daniels, Kendra Daniels, Keaton Brown and Christian Bayer, Great Grandchild Harvey Solinski, and his Siblings, Gloria Schenker, David Townsend, and Robert Townsend.

A celebration of Claude’s life will be held at a later date.
