Conrad T. Borek, age 85, of Grand Marsh, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly Thursday, February 7, 2019, at Marshfield Medical Center.
Services with military honors will be held at a later date.
Conrad was born October 27, 1933, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Frank and Clara Borek. He attended Boys Tech in Milwaukee before being drafted into the United States Navy serving actively from 1955 until 1957. He was honorably discharged on November 30, 1961.
Conrad married Patricia Winkler on July 9, 1955, in Milwaukee. He was an employee of Babcock and Wilcox in Milwaukee for 32 years before he retired, moving to Adams County in 1985.
Conrad was a self-taught wildlife artist and loved to paint. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Conrad was preceded in death by his parents, Frank & Clara and step-Mother, Margaret.
