Dale William Worden, age 78, of Friendship, Wisconsin died Friday, July 20, 2007 at the St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield, Wisconsin.
Private family services were held. Interment will take place at a later date at the Quincy Cemetery, Town of Quincy, Adams County, Wisconsin.
Dale was born September 11, 1928 in Rockford, Illinois to William and Dorothy Worden. He attended Oxford High School and later served in the U.S. Navy. Dale married Shirley Nehmer on June 8, 1956 in Dubuque, Iowa. Dale worked for many years as service manager at the Chevy Garage in Portage, WI. He later worked for the Portage School district before retiring. The couple moved to Dellwood in 1989.
Dale enjoyed collecting model cars and lighthouses.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Deane; mother-in-law; and father-in-law.

Brother-in-law: John McFaul of Briggsville, Wisconsin
Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
