Darlene P. Miller, age 67, of Adams, Wisconsin died unexpectedly on June 24, 2011 at the Moundview Memorial Hospital& Clinics in Friendship, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be 2:00p.m. on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at the
Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Visitation will be 12:00 Noon until the time of service on Wednesday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home.
Darlene was born April 3, 1944 in Portage, Wisconsin to Russell and Vera (Phillips) Henningsen.
She grew up in Adams County and graduated from Adams-Friendship High School. She then went to Cosmetology College in Madison.
Darlene married Gary Miller on February 14, 1990 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She loved to travel, fish and dance & was President of the Tuesday afternoon bowling league.
She was preceded in death by her:

Step-Granddaughter: Jamie Miller of Plymouth, Wisconsin
Gary and family, I just today found out about Darlene’s passing and was so shocked. Although late please accept my deepest sympathy. Andy and I willl miss seeing you both on Castle Rock fishing. My prayers are with you.
Gary, I am so sorry to hear of Darlene’s passing. I work at the Dells Animal Hospital ( for many years) and know her as a great animal lover. H how she loved her dogs. My prayers are with you and your family.
I am saddened to the loss of another very dear classmate of AF 1963.It will only be another 2 more years before our 50 year reunion. I am at a loss for words and the proper condolences. Gary, please join us at the reunion to honor Darlene’s memory. May Darlene rest peacefully in God’s arms! Darlene was a special friend. I did not know of her untimely passing until Esther’s viewing of Gladys Halls obituary.
