David E. Hill, Age 71, of Montello, WI passed away Sunday, November 29th at UW of Madison.
A private Memorial Service will be held in the spring, so all can attend.
David was born to Clarence and Louise (Moss) Hill in Sikeston, MO.
David was always a free spirit. He preferred to create his own path. His profession (Carpet-laying) even followed that path allowing him to set his own hours and standards. And they were high, as his work was something, he always took pride in.
He had a great love for life, his children, and family. He loved fishing and listening to music (usually very loud). And when he couldn’t be around us, he made every attempt to show he cared. When he couldn’t be around his own family, he made his own by connecting with neighbors and the troubled souls in this world. That was his spirit and that is where he made a difference. He will be missed by all that knew, loved, and understood that great big heart of his.
David was preceded in death by Clarence Hill (Father), of La Porte, IN; Louise Hill (Mother), of Montello, WI and Danny Hill (Brother), of Salt Lake City, UT.
He is survived by Lisa Hill (Daughter) Washington; Leslie Michels (Daughter) South Bend, IN; Haliegh Michels (Granddaughter), and Houston Harwood (Grandson); Jason Hill (Son) Decatur MI; Teresa Cook (Aaron), Sister Wisconsin Dells, WI; Nephew Ryan Murch Of Wisconsin, Dells; Nicole North (Niece) of West Jordan, UT and Daniel Hill (Nephew) of Salt Lake City, UT.
