David Stickles, age 72, of Iola, Wisconsin died Thursday, July 19, 2007 at his home after a fight with cancer.
Funeral services were 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 21, 2007 at the Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Rev. Richard Eberly will officiated. Interment was at the Gould Rock Cemetery, Town of New Chester, Adams County, Wisconsin.
Friends called at the funeral home on Saturday, July 21st, from 1 p.m. until the time of service.
David was born March 10, 1935 in Chicago, Illinois the son of Arthur and Marion Stickles. He lived and worked in Chicago, IL with his father. The family moved to Wisconsin where he met and married Patricia Sponable on January 19, 1958 in Winona, Minnesota. They had five children.
David was preceded in death by his mother, father, and two sons: Rodney and Raymond.

Grandchildren: Heidi (Douglas) Gwinn, Jason Stickles, Nathan (Tara) Stickles, Doris Olson, Lenny Olson, Patty Olson
Great-Grandchildren : Caleb, Tyler, Mikala, William, Jada, Kaitlyn
Further survived by other relatives, and many friends.
