Rest your soul Don you made to the other side, sorry about your loss Joyce , we will both miss Don forever
To Joyce and the Chassee family. I am sorry to hear about Don’s passing. I do remember Don was a great friend of my late father, Charles R Stephens and the rest of the family. Both Don and my late father spent many nights at the Dellwood Pavilion enjoying each other’s company. I hope the family is doing well with this loss.
Dearest Joyce and family,
We all love Don he was a funny and wonderful man. He was so generous to me at Marie’s Mini Mart I could never thank him enough.
My thoughts are with you and hope to see you in Addison. Take care of you he loved you so much.
Love
Marie & Eddie
Thoughts and prayers to all of Dons family. What a wonderful man! I met him while i worked at both Maries Mini Mart and Lauries Country Nook. Will never forget that voice or laugh. And strangely(i even remember how he wanted his bacon sliced)! I used to giggle to myself as i could hear him commenting his hands were to big for the new mailboxes we had just got-and i was so pleased when Joyce and and him joined us for our wedding reception. He will be missed by many!
Sincerely,
Patti Lemke

Don Chassee: Fair, honest, generous, respected his suppliers and a wonderful friend. We shared one of the greatest “Don” stories of my career; the underlayment sample story. And many fond memories of chasing down his drives at Stonehendge. Such a great man.
Joyce..
My heart goes out to you. My condolences go out to you and your family.

My deepest condolences on the passing of your father. While you look on the fact that you will no longer be able to physically see him – you can know that in your hearts and memories he will always be there – as a part of you. And my hope for you is that you never have to feel a void or alone if you can remember that -for he will never have truly left you. Much love and hugs to all of you.
