Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at the Mt. Repose Cemetery in Friendship, Wisconsin. Larry Solles will officiate.
Donald was born December 15, 1945 in Janesville, Wisconsin to Ralph and Mildred (Suddith) Welch. Donald enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars, riding motorcycles, going to the casino, and spending time with family and close friends.
Donald was a member of Abate and Adams Chapter 2J.
Donald was preceded in death by mother, Mildred Solles; father, Ralph Welch Sr.; wife, Katherine Welch; daughter, Kelli Lilyquist; Brothers: William Antrim, Robert Welch Sr, and James Solles; sisters: Lillian McNeely, Elizabeth Bischoff, and Shirlee French.
Survivors:
Three children: Melissa (Tim) Welch, Loren ( Brittney) Welch, and Leann ( Travis) Neuy
Siblings: Eddie Welch, Linda (Gary) Tracy, Diane livingood, and Larry (Deb) Solles
Grandchildren: Crystal (Aaron) LaRocca, Ashley (Daniel) Welch, Corey Welch, Tiffany (Clark) Brinker, Joshua, Kelan, Kelsie Menore, Jenna Neuy, Wyatt Welch, Aaron and Ezra Mahoney
Great-grandchildren: Braxton Best, Kinzlie Welch, Serenity Mecili, Bentley and Brogan Johnston
Donald is further survived by several other close friends and family.

I’m so sad to hear of Donnie’s passing. He was a great guy. Hard worker and very talented with carpentry. He could fix just about anything. A Jack of all trades. He also had a heart of gold!
