Edna Elnora Beutler
Edna Elnora Beutler, age 89, of Westfield, Wisconsin, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, August 03, 2021, at ThedaCare Medical Center in Berlin, Wisconsin.
Edna was born July 15, 1932, in Richford Township, Waushara County, Wisconsin to Robert and Hertha (Krueger) Pomplun. She was confirmed at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Richford, WI. Edna was united in marriage to Harold Beutler on May 29, 1955, also at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Richford, WI. Edna and Harold farmed on Harold’s family farm in the township of Newton until his passing in 1989. Edna then moved to the other side of Newton Township and became housekeeper and family member for Harold’s best friend Harvey Weishaar until his passing in 2010. Edna remained in her home taking care of herself and her kitties, being hospitalized only the last week of her earthly life.
Edna was a faithful member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and found joy in her church family. She enjoyed listening to music and dancing, gardening, listening to the Brewers’ games on her radio and visiting with her family and friends. Her pets, in particular her cats, were very important to her throughout her life.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at the St. Paul’s Newton Lutheran Church, Rev. John Bumgardner will officiate. Interment will be at the Richford Cemetery, Richford, Wisconsin. Visitation will be at the Church on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, from 8:30 a.m. until the time of service. Memorials may be directed in Edna’s memory to St. Paul’s Lutheran.

Edna was preceded in death by her parents: Robert and Hertha (Krueger) Pomplun; husband, Harold Beutler; sister-in-law, Martha Jennerman, and special friend, Harvey Weishaar.
