Elaine Roselin Buchanan, age 76, of Quincy, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at her home.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 16, 2019, at the Arkdale Trinity Lutheran Church in Arkdale, Wisconsin. Pastor Terri Skildum will officiate. Interment will be at the Strongs Prairie Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday at Arkdale Trinity Lutheran Church.
Elaine was born April 8, 1943, in Arkdale, to Stanley and Margaret (Nordlee) Buchanan. She graduated from Adams-Friendship High School in 1961. Following graduation, she moved to Chicago where she worked in obstetrics delivering babies. Elaine later moved to Wisconsin Rapids where she worked at the Papermill and then lived in Delavan, WI for over 30 years before moving back to Adams County in 2005.
Elaine was an avid bowler and enjoyed deer hunting, working on tractors & lawn equipment, and being outside. She was a member of the Arkdale Trinity Lutheran Church.
Elaine was preceded in death by her father, Stanley; mother, Margaret; stepfather, Albert Heitman; brother, Glenn Buchanan, brothers-in-law; Elmer Sparby & David Bergwin; sister-in-law, Wilma Buchanan, and niece, Sherri Lynn Sobczak.

We were sorry to hear of Elaines passing. We loved our visits with her at the grocery store and times she and her Mom stopped by the house for visits. Margaret and our Mother Violet were good friends
