Gary L. Parpart
Gary L. Parpart, age 72, of Friendship, Wisconsin passed away Sunday, July 30, 2023, at his home.
A celebration of life will be Saturday, September 16, 2023, at the Columbus Fireman’s Park- Rest Haven Shelter beginning at 11:00 a.m. (Potluck style)-please bring a dish to pass.
Gary was born January 12, 1951, in Columbus, Wisconsin to Lavern and Jeanette (Mann) Parpart. He graduated from High School in Columbus, WI and served in the United States Army. On January 13, 1995, he married Dee Kidd. Gary was always content working in his garage and loved being a mechanic.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents Lavern & Jeanette, three siblings, and aunts & uncles.
Survivors include his wife: Dee Parpart; children: Holly Parpart, Benjie (Barb) Parpart, Maria Zabawa, and John Zabawa. He is further survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, nieces, and nephews.
Sorry we will miss you both dearly and maria take care and visiting us for years every tuesday
Gary was the only one we trusted to actually fix (not just work on) our lawn mowers. We are so sorry to hear this sad news! We will be praying for God’s divine strength and comfort for your family during this difficult time.
To Gary’s family, I am so sorry for your loss. Gary was quite a character and he will be missed. R.I.P, you can now breath freely.
