Harold "Curly" Krause

Harold "Curly" Krause, age 88, of Big Flats, Wisconsin died Saturday, September 26, 2009 at the Villa Pines Living Center in Friendship, Wisconsin.

Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home. Graveside services 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 30th, 2009 at the St. John’s Cemetery in Sparta, Wisconsin.

Curly was born October 7, 1920 in Wilton, Wisconsin to Herman and Martha (Kirchoff) Krause. After High School he farmed, worked for the Norwalk Creamery, and eventually worked construction in Waukesha, WI. He loved to garden, play cards with his friends, fish, hunt, traveling, taking road trips, and was the long time President of the Jack Pine Savages snowmobiling club.

Curly was preceded in death by parents; brother, Vern Krause; sister, Ruth Friske; sister, Luella Wolfgram; sister-in-law, Clara Krause; brother-in-law, Harold Friske; and brother-in-law, Lester Wolfgram.

He will be loved and forever missed by his family and friends, survivors include
