Eric…so sorry for your loss…many fond memories of our families in Dellwood when we were kids…those were the days. Take care my friend.
Eric, May you find some comfort in knowing that Dad is now with Mom and Julie and they are praying for you and your family. Ivan and my father go way back and he was held in the highest of regards. If my Dad said you were a” good egg” then we knew that person was quite respected. I will always remember how kind and giving your parents were. I still remember my Dad talking about the tractor with the loading arms and trailer that you and Ivan built for loading logs for your sawmill. My Dad provided the log and your Dad made the lumber for the cross at the church. Peace be with you and your family.
Eric, sending you my condolences, at this sad time in your life.

While saddened to hear of Ivan’s passing, I always smile when I think of him. “Peewee’s” and beer after work…or the assembly line deer processing “plant” he created in his garage! Ivan was one of kind and will certainly be missed.

Eric, Alice and families:
For years Ivan was a staple of the Arkdale and Dellwood areas, usually helping someone with something. He was a good man…..Ida and Carl raised some community-minded kids whose good deeds will be remembered. He had a great sense of humor…back in the day… MANY days ago….. I sat next to him in typing class at A.F. where he usually had a clever comment or two to share which made it hard to concentrate but certainly made the class more interesting. Remember all the good times…..I’m sure there were many. God bless his memory.
Eric & Family, We are sorry to hear of Ivan’s passing. I can see his big smile . What a great man. Know that you are all in our thoughts & prayers.. Jean & Tom
