
James (Jim) R. Blaskowski
Per Jim’s request, we respectfully honor his wish for there to be no memorial service, mass, or visitation. Jim will be laid to rest at Saint Adalbert Cemetery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Jim was born May 11, 1953, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Leonard and Gertrude (Waier) Blaskowski. Jim grew up in Milwaukee and Cudahy, Wisconsin. After graduating from Cudahy High School, Jim worked at the Allen-Bradley factory until retirement. Preferring a more rural setting where he would enjoy a more quiet lifestyle, Jim moved to Friendship, Wisconsin.
Jim enjoyed taking photos of wildlife and also feeding them, watching the Packers, and taking care of his beloved horses, dogs and birds throughout the years. He also took great joy in collecting antiques, figurines and artwork. Jim was a truly giving man with no limits to his generosity. He greatly enjoyed showering everyone he knew with creative gifts and thoughtful unexpected treasures. He experienced all his joy in giving to others.
Jim is survived by his brothers, Gene (Deb) Blaskowski and Paul (Michelle) Blaskowski He is preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Gerturde Blaskowski; and sister, Linda Blaskowski.
