Janice L. Eberly, age 65, of Friendship, Wisconsin went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at the Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at the Adams County Community Center, 569 N. Cedar Street, Adams, Wisconsin. Pastors Richard Eberly and Ryan Lowery will officiate. Interment will be at the Good Shepherd’s Cemetery, Town of Richfield, Adams County, Wisconsin.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday at Adams County Community Center.
Janice was born July 6, 1945 in Elmhurst, Illinois to Harry Lee and Adeline Ruth (Ketchum) Nichols. She married Richard Eberly on August 14, 1971 in Friendship, Wisconsin.
She graduated from Adams-Friendship High School and the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point and taught music in Wild Rose, Adams-Friendship, WI and Delhi, Iowa. She and her husband Rich started Revival/ Evangelistic Ministry on a part time basis in 1974; founded Song of Salvation Ministries in 1977, and went fulltime in 1979. They joined COME International Baptist Ministries in 1987.
Jan enjoyed feeding the birds, growing flowers, photography, and enjoying the outdoors.
She accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior in 1963, and was a member of Faith Baptist Church of Adams, WI.
Janice was preceded in death by parents, Harry Lee and Adeline Ruth (Ketchum) Nichols; brother, Harry Nichols Jr.; and sister, Jewel Morgan.

Brother: Charles (Elma) Nichols of Friendship, Wisconsin
Sister: Jean Sipla of New London, Wisconsin
Sister: Judy (Larry) Ladwig of Knoxville, Iowa
Further survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, other relatives, and many good friends.

We just found out of Jan’s passing from this world today. We wish we could have known sooner, maybe could have visited since we live in Merill. Rich, you now have your own ministry left. God has chosen all this for us & we can’t doubt Him. Love in Christ, Marie & Rick
Janice was a truly wonderful person. I feel truly blessed to have shared her friendship and companionship during my years at Adams-Friendship. I have never known a kinder, nicer person. God bless and keep you Janice.
