Jeremy Alan Perkins, age 37, of Grand Marsh, Wisconsin died Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Jeremy was born December 27, 1980 in Waukesha, Wisconsin to Ernest Ira and Margaret Marie (Rath) Perkins. He graduated from Adams-Friendship High School. Jeremy worked for Scott Construction in Lake Delton, Wisconsin.

Jeremy enjoyed mud trucking, hunting, fishing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, four wheeling, and spending time with son, Mason.

Memorials may be directed in Jeremy’s memory to a fund established at the Adams Community Bank for Jeremy’s family and son.
