Jeremy Alan Perkins
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Jeremy was born December 27, 1980 in Waukesha, Wisconsin to Ernest Ira and Margaret Marie (Rath) Perkins. He graduated from Adams-Friendship High School. Jeremy worked for Scott Construction in Lake Delton, Wisconsin.
Jeremy enjoyed mud trucking, hunting, fishing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, four wheeling, and spending time with son, Mason.
Memorials may be directed in Jeremy’s memory to a fund established at the Adams Community Bank for Jeremy’s family and son.

Jeremy was a wonderful guy a great dad n good friend to many. He always helped my grandma when he could. Everytime he walked into my grandmas door she always had a smile for him. Jeremy fly high with grandma n you will be dearly missed.
