, age 66, of Adams, Wisconsin passed away on April 18, 2012 at the Moundview Memorial
Hospital & Clinics in Friendship, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 23, 2012 at the Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship. Pastor Erika Goffin will officiate. Interment will be at the Mt. Repose Cemetery, Friendship.
Visitation will be 11:00 until the time of service on Monday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home.
Jo Lane was born August 7, 1945 in Adams, Wisconsin to Donald and Phyllis (Decker) LaMont. She married James Stone on June 8, 1974 in Adams, Wisconsin. Jo Lane enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, crocheting, scrapbooking, cross stitching and watching cooking & game shows.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald & Phyllis LaMont; son, James Orville Stone; brother, Ronald LaMont & brother, Terry LaMont.

I am so sorry for your loss, Jo was like my second mom when I was growing up. She was a wonderful woman and the glue that kept her family together. I am sending my thoughts, love and prayers to the family and know she is with the good lord above.
Sitting here with tears in my eyes trying to figure out what to say……
Jo Lane will be sadly and deeply missed, I remember as a young girl going to her house as far back as I can remember she has always treated me just like one of her kids and I loved her like she was my mom.
I cant express enough how much I will miss her.
I guess the lord needed her for reasons we will never know.
