
John Aube Caliguri
Memorial services will be 11:30 a.m. on Friday, January 5, 2024 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Mauston, Wisconsin. Rev. Jeyaseelan Yobu will officiate. Visitation will be 10:00 to 11:30 am at St. Patrick’s followed by Mass.
John was born January 25, 1942 in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan to Vincenzo James (Jim) and Ann Marie (Aube) Caliguri . John graduated from Loretta High School in Sault Ste. Marie in 1960 where he sang in the choir and played football. He attended Michigan Tech in 1960-61. After college, he served in the Navy as an electronics technician from 1961 to 1966. John married Josephine Burke in 1966 and they moved to Milwaukee where they raised two sons. His career included stints at Allis Chalmers, Kearney and Trecker. He worked at Harley Davidson as an NVH Engineer from 1992 until his retirement in 2008. John married Antoinette Rose (Toni) Crivello on April 23, 2022 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Mauston, Wisconsin.
John enjoyed motorcycling, ATVing and boating. He liked working out and was an amateur photographer.
John was a member of the church choirs at St. Joseph’s in Big Bend, St James in Mukwonago, St Cecilia’s in Wisconsin Dells and St. Patrick’s in Mauston.
Memorials may be directed in John’s memory to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and/or St. Patrick’s Church in Mauston, WI.
John was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Anne Caliguri, his wife Josephine and brothers James and Robert.

Sons: John (Kristin) Caliguri of Birchwood, WI and Christopher (Renita) Caliguri of Luck, WI
Granddaughters: Josie and Arabella Caliguri
Stepchildren: Stephen Linke, Robert Linke, and Brian (Tammian) Moore
Step-grandchildren: Tyler and Reese Moore
Sister: Camille (Russell) Payment of Sault Ste. Marie, MI
