John Joseph Fryndej

John Joseph Fryndej, age 51, of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin died unexpectedly at his home on December 18th, 2010.

John was employed at Ho-Chunk Casino for many years in various positions, Food and Beverage, Slots, and currently as a security officer for the last several years. John became a resident of Wisconsin Dells in the latter 1990s, leaving Chicago, where he lived most of his life.

John enjoyed fishing, he was a very friendly person and would help anyone who needed a hand.

John was preceded in death his parents, Michaljo and Alexandra (Iwanova) Fryndej; sister and brother-in-law, Maria and Reynaldo Morales; and brother, Nicholas Fryndej;

Sister: Helen (Bobbie) Scott of Rayville, LA
Niece: Renee (Phillip) Delaney of Bloomingdale, IL
Nephew: Michael (Melissa) Ortega-Branss of Palatine, IL
Niece: Nicole Lybarger of Chicago, IL
Niece: Jacquelyn (German) Fryndej-Cruz of Wisconsin Dells,Wisconsin
Great-Nephew and Great-Niece: Phillip and Janine Delaney
Great-Nephews: Anthony and Aiden Branss
Great-Nephews and Niece: Nicolas, Nathan, and Natalie Meller
Further survived by many friends.

    John’s unusual sense of humor and sincerity made him irreplacable to those of us lucky enough to know or work with him. I think I will most miss how John made me feel about myself as he was a fountain of compliments just when you needed it most. John also would have been touched by the security guards gesture of respect in the wearing of the black bands. So many of us will miss our John…rest in peace you fine fellow.
