Joseph Henry Belsha, age 81, of the Town of Rome (formerly of Milwaukee), Wisconsin died Friday, May 11, 2012 at his home following a courageous battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) beloved husband and friend of Beverly Belsha of 58 years.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Friendship, Wisconsin. Father James P. McNamee officiating. Visitation will be 12 Noon until the time of Mass on Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Cremation will follow the traditional service with private interment at the Dellwood Cemetery.
Joseph was born in 1930 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Louis and Harriet L. Belsha. He was a US Army 82nd Airborne Division veteran.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Honor Flight Program.
Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Harriet L. Belsha; and his beloved son, Richard Jeffrey Belsha (1999).

We are sorry to hear of your loss, Joe was a great guy! I remember when he sided our house, he was fun to talk with, stopping and
admiring his work, smoking his pipe, I think I almost talked the poor guys ear off out there in the front yard, the guy was awesome!
He raised a great family. May the Lord give you comfort and strength.
