Joseph P. Fahey, age 84, of Friendship, Wisconsin died Saturday, May 7, 2011 at the Golden Living Center in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at the Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Father James P. McNamee will officiate. Interment will be at the St. Leo Catholic Cemetery, Friendship, Wisconsin.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home.
Joseph was born June 14, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois to Michael and Catherine Fahey. He married Bernice Kinchius in 1947 in Chicago, Illinois. Joseph worked at University of Illinois Hospital as a Stationary Engineer for over 30 years. He and Bernice moved to Friendship in 1989.
Joseph enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family.
Joseph was preceded in death by parents, Michael and Catherine Fahey; and many brothers and sisters.

Daughter: Lorraine Matricard of Chicago, IL
Daughter: Sandra Russin of Richmond, IL
Son: Ronald Schuster of Palatine, IL
Five Grandchildren and four Great-Grandchildren
Further survived by other relatives and friends.
Bernice I’m sorry to hear about the loss of your husband.I enjoyed having the chance to know him he was a pleasure to have in my day.Both of you have a special place in my heart and I enjoyed helping you out and being one of your caregivers.
Bernice and the Fahey family, It was a pleasure to know Joe. He was a good man who willed be missed greatly, but remembered fondly by family and friends.
