Kenneth D. Buster Collins, age 77, of Adams, Wisconsin passed away on December 28, 2010 surrounded by his family & loved ones at Villa Pines Living Center in Friendship, Wisconsin.
Memorial services will be 11:30 a.m. on Friday, December 31, 2010 at the Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Pastor Sam Downey will officiate. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until the time of service on Friday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home.
Kenneth was born January 11, 1933 in Cataract, Wisconsin, Monroe County to Sidney and Margaret (Schwartz) Collins. He married Doris M. Boer on April 25, 1959 in Adams, Wisconsin.
Ken worked on farms, hauling milk and gravel. He also worked at creameries and managed several service stations in Monroe County. After moving to Adams County he worked as a carpenter and at Metal Fab and Walker Stainless Steel. He also operated the Kickapoo Gas Station in Adams.
Ken enjoyed woodworking and helping Doris with the Craft Shop. He enjoyed working on vehicles, especially old trucks. He also loved spending time with family, friends & neighbors.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney & Margaret Collins; brothers: George Collins, Harold Collins, and Lester Collins; sisters: Ethel Schroeder and Lottie Tugman.

Please give our condolences to Aunt Doris and the family. Uncle Ken will be missed he was a special man, we loved him very much. We wish we had all lived closer so we could have seen each other more. Uncle Ken was
our mother, Lottie Tugman, youngest brother, he came to stay with us in California after his mom passed away for a few months.
We all have very fond memories of that visit. Uncle Ken was a lot of fun to be with.

We were so sorry to hear of Ken’s passing. He is resting peacefully now. Rick always like to visit with him when we picked up our sewing. Our prayers go out to all of the family.
