Leonard Lee Dye Sr.
Leonard Lee Dye, Sr., age 83, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 2nd, 2018.
Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 23, 2018, at the Faith Baptist Church in Adams, Wisconsin. Rev. Richard Eberly will officiate. Interment will be at the Pine Grove Cemetery, Town of Lincoln, Adams County, Wisconsin. Visitation will be Saturday, June 23, 2018, at the Faith Baptist Church from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
Leonard was born in Portage, WI on December 31, 1934, to Lee and Emma (Vondrak) Dye.
He will be greatly missed by his family, church family, and friends. Leonard was a Military Veteran who served in the Korean Conflict and will be buried with military honors. He was a carpenter by trade and spent many happy years working in and around the community. Leonard’s favorite things were spending time with his family, fellowship at his church and photography. He loved the Lord and loved sharing his faith with others.
Leonard was preceded in death by his wife Roberta (Bobbi) M. Dye, sisters; Lucille Duir and Violet Premo, step-son Ken Woyach.
If family and friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Baptist Church for Operation Christmas Child. Operation Christmas Child was very special to Leonard as he enjoyed knowing he was helping to brighten Christmas for children.

Granddaughter: Jaclynn Walli of Madison, Wisconsin
Great-Grandson: Nolan Steinruck of Watertown, Wisconsin
Great-Grandson: Parker Dye of Pensacola, Florida
Great-Granddaughters: Hanna & Haley Boyd of Ft. Atkinson, Wisconsin
Great-Grandson: Mitchell Spanbauer of Delavan, Wisconsin
Brother: William (Elka) Dye of Ohio

Stepson: Kevin (Patti) Woyach of Kentucky
Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
Sorry to hear about Leonards passing. I hadnt seen him since my school days. I used to go over there spend time with Leonard jr we went to school together. leonard was alwways so nice and make u laugh and feel welcome every time u were there. So sorry for your loss.

You always made me feel apart of the family… I enjoyed the hundreds of Emails we sent back and forth over the last 23 years. You were the best joke teller and always made me laugh… Just knowing when I opened an Email it would be opening a box of sunshine. I recall the first visit at your and Bobbies home I felt welcomed and we had such a great time while there. Now my sweet Uncle In Law your with your Wife again and I know your smiling big time… Know we love you and will truly miss you. ♥️♥️

I love you Uncle Leonard,
I can remember you and everybody else in the family would tell me that I was your birthday present cause I was born on your birthday! I am so happy sharing that day with you having our bdays together.
Now you are in that beautiful place beyond the golden gates of heaven walking side by side with God.
Again I love you very much and you will be greatly missed by family and friends.

So sorry for your loss! Len was a good friend of my dad, and I have good memories of him from my childhood. And he and Bobbi were very good to me after my father passed, also. He is at peace and having drinks with my dad and Bobbi in heaven, I’m sure.

Sorry for the sudden loss of your loved one. He was a faithful prayer warrior every Wednesday night at our prayer meeting every week, and it was a pleasure to see his smiling face in church, singing God’s praises. He will be missed by us all.
