Marcella Ann Amell, age 72, of Necedah, Wisconsin passed away June 19, 2013 at the St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield, Wisconsin.
Memorial services will be 6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2013 at Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Joe Brouchoud will officiate. Visitation will be 3:00p.m. until the time of service on Friday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home.
Marcella was born June 13, 1941 in Manitowoc, Wisconsin to Felix and Anna (Henry) Borths.
Following her father’s passing her mother married Joe Pietzak and together they raised Marcella and her siblings. She attended school in Necedah and later married Norman Amell Sr. On April 7, 1958. They raised their five children, Billy, Donald, Junior, Ronald and Norma in Herkimer, New York before moving back to Wisconsin.
She worked at Castle Rock Container for 26 years before her retirement. In her earlier years she worked for GE, Duofold and various restaurants.
Marcella enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing, knitting, crocheting, camping, fishing, hunting and especially spending time with her family and a cold beer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Anna & Felix Borths; Step-father, Joseph Pietzak; son, William Amell; brother, Ralph Borths; brother, Henry Borths; sister, Alice Napienski; brother, Clifford Borths; sister, Maysel O’Dell and son in law, Christopher Becerra.

Son: Ronald (Karen) Amell of Arkdale, Wisconsin
Daughter: Norma Becerra of Tomah, Wisconsin
seventeen grandchildren & sixteen great-grandchildren
Brother: LeRoy (Rosemary) Borths of Two Rivers, Wisconsin
Sister: Dolores Grall of Manitowoc, Wisconsin
Brother: Russel Borths of Necedah, Wisconsin
Sister: Sandy (Frank) Bezemek of Necedah, Wisconsin
Brother: Marvin Borths of Neillsville, Wisconsin
further survived by her former husband Norman Amell Sr. of Mauston, Wisconsin and many nieces & nephews

Dear Aunt Marcella, You are now at peace and leave many who love you. You were so kind to me as a child and I will always hold those memories very close to my heart. Such a lovely person Marcella was. She always had a smile on her face and made you feel better for her presence. My condolences to her family who will surely miss her. All my memories of Marcella are good ones, and that says it all.
