Marcella M. Meidenbauer, age 84, of Friendship, Wisconsin passed away peacefully on December 4, 2011 at Villa Pines Living Center in Friendship, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at the Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Pastor Karyn Bodenschatz will officiate.
Interment will be at the Mt. Repose Cemetery, Friendship, Wisconsin.
Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. until the time of service on Thursday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home.
Marcella was born February 9, 1927 in Mayville, Wisconsin to Clarence and Vanda (Voeltz) Manthey. She married John Meidenbauer on September 4, 1943 in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Marcella enjoyed bowling, golfing, quilting, baking, traveling, gardening and going on casino trips.
She was a member of the Tuesday Ladies Golf League at Moundview Golf Course, the Tuesday afternoon bowling league and also a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Adams.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, John Meidenbauer; Daughter, Dawn Balistreri; Parents, Clarence & Vanda Manthey; Grandson, Kenneth Balistreri;
Brother, Donald Manthey; Sister in law, Jane Field & Sister in law, Doris Sperl.
