Patricia A. Lemcke

Patricia A. Lemcke, age 81, of Adams, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Friendship, Wisconsin, with Father David Bruener officiating. Interment will follow at St. Leo Catholic Cemetery in Friendship.

Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass.

Patricia was born on December 15, 1943, in Amherst, Wisconsin, to Bruno and Stella (Kubisiak) Cieslewicz. Her family moved to Milwaukee when she was young, where she attended St. Patrick’s Grade School and South Division High School.

On November 30, 1963, Patricia was united in marriage to Wayne D. Lemcke at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Milwaukee. The couple began their life together in Milwaukee before settling in West Allis for eight years. They later moved to East Troy, where they lived for 21 years, and eventually retired to Adams in 1995.

Patricia was a devoted member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She had a deep love for nature and enjoyed painting, gardening, and caring for her flowers. Her gentle spirit and creative soul touched all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Scott Lemcke; her brother, James Cieslewicz; and sisters-in-law, Karen and Mary.

Patricia is survived by her beloved husband, Wayne Lemcke of Adams; son, Jeff (Elise) Lemcke of Crawfordville, FL; daughter, Kim Lemcke of Reedsburg, WI; and siblings: Fred, John (Marianne), Willy (Mija), Tom (Christine), Ken, and Bonnie. She is further survived by ten grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

    I was a small boy when I would hear of Pat & Wayne a lot from my Eldest Late Sister Elaine while she would talk to whoever. It took years till I did get to meet them & my cousin Patty. I am saddened by her passing & will be praying for her & family.

    I just want to express my condolences to the loss of the Lemcke family, Pat was a very long time friend of my family, She was Godmother to my youngest daughter Shari, 53 years ago, our children grew up together, her youngest son Scott lived with us for many years, we shared our strength and support for each other and have been friends almost 60 years, we talked on the phone many times sharing many memories. She was a great lady. I know my whole family will miss her presence, sending prayers to the family, she will always remain in our hearts forever.
