Pat was born August 15, 1984 to Sona Stainbrook and Paul Dallapiazza. He graduated from Adams-Friendship High School in 2003 and worked for Badger Unified as an arborist. He was a baptized member of Arkdale Trinity Lutheran Church.
Pat married Amy Henthorne on October 6, 2007. His eldest daughter Evelyn was born on October 10, 2011, and his youngest daughter Jenna was born on December 20, 2013. His daughters were the love of his life and his greatest accomplishment. Evelyn constantly said that Pat was her best friend and Jenna was his little beanie baby. Pat enjoyed golfing with his wife Amy, brother-in-law James, father Tim and father-in-law Eldon. He was a huge 49ers fan, to his family’s dismay, and a football fan in general.
Pat was truly the greatest husband and father anyone could ever ask for and his love for his family was beyond measure.
Survivors include his Wife Amy Stainbrook of Arkdale and daughters Evelyn and Jenna; parents, Sona (PJ)Eigner of Arkdale, Paul Dallapiazza of West Bend and Tim Jakubowski of Arkdale; sisters Tara (Marc) Pernacciaro of Waukesha, Heather (Brent) Frank, niece Caylee Frank of Friendship; brother Danny Dallapiazza of West Bend; Father-in-law Eldon Henthorne and Mother-in-law Lori Henthorne of Arkdale; Sister -in-law Amber Bruce, brother -in-law James Bruce, Nieces Brinlee and Brenna of Arkdale; Brother-in-law Eldon Henthorne; Brother-in-law Evan Henthorne. Patrick is further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Amy- I bowled on Thursday nites on Roxy’s team. Didn’t know you other than that. My deepest sorrows goes out to you, your two beautiful little girls and the rest of the family and friends. Such a young age to be taken away. The hurt won’t go away and I am not going to say it ever will. It is a different mourning when it is a husband/wife. You will be able to get through with help from family and friends which I know you have with you. My boyfriend, Kyle Kluck’s son, Dustin Kluck, knew him and sends his condolences also. Stay brave and remember you and your girls are number one right now.

Amy, girls, Sona, Tim and all the other family members that were touched by knowing Patrick, my families heart felt sympathy goes out to you. Watching Pat growing through family functions and getting the chance to actually talk to him as a grown adult is something I will always treasure. He went from this young little squirt to a mature young man whose obvious love and pride for his family was his upmost importance in his life. I regret that that 15 minute conversation that impressed me so much was my last chance to get to know him. I do not know why you were taken so soon Patrick but I know you will be forever missed. I pray that God will comfort this family at this difficult time. Love and prayers.
