  1. Ron Boettcher(Retired Associate Principal-AFMS) says:

My encounter with Ross was as the Associate Principal of Adams-Friendship Middle School. He came to AFMS concerned about a particular student, a 6th grader-male. I thought it was a son of his because of his questioning why a certain thing was done the way it was done and that he wanted some answers; very intimidating, at first. Through our discussion, he was concerned about a son of one of his friends, and wanted to help that child succeed. We became friends and better neighbors. Thanks Ross for doing what we tried, changing one person’s life. My sincere sympathy to the Swinehart Family
