Well dad you left with many memories good and bad. I’m glad that you are now pain free. You had been there everytime I needed someone to sit along my hospital bed. You made sure I was always okay. I was told today that I wasn’t a disappointment to you and I need to hear that today. I need to stay strong for everyone just like you did. I know at one point dad I will have to weaken and let my feelings get the best of me. Please watch over all of us dad as we venture into new journeys now. I remember when Sheldon was about 5 yrs. old. For some reason he decided to go to a friends house without telling anyone. We looked all over for him. We were getting worried when we finally seen walking on the bridge in Gresham. We got home and Mom send him to bed with no supper. Well being the big Sis I snuck him something to eat without Mom’s knowledge. RIP little Brother.
A very gracious and giving man. Level-headed and patient, Sheldon guided his grandson DJ, through high school and beyond. RIP big guy.
