Tom J. Severson

Tom J. Severson, age 58, of Arkdale, Wisconsin died Saturday, June 12, 2010 at the Moundview Memorial
Hospital & Clinics in Friendship, Wisconsin.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at the Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Rev. John K.Stake will officiate. Interment will be at the East Arkdale Cemetery, Town of Strongs Prairie, Adams County, Wisconsin. Military honors will be presented by the Adams County Honor Guard.

Friends may call at Roseberryâs Funeral Home on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until the time of service.

Tom was born February 8, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois to Tom and Gloria (Dankert) Clark. He grew up near Lyndon Station and Loganville, following high school he served in the Army in Vietnam from 1969 to
1972. He married Denise Dubovik on December 5, 1981 in Madison, Wisconsin. Tom worked for Scott Construction and later started Big T Construction. He also worked for the United State Postal Service as a star route driver.

Tom was also a firefighter and first responder for the Quincy and Adams Fire Departments until he became disabled.

Tom was a member of the Adams VFW Post #6279, the ATV club in Arkdale, and was active in Arkdale community with helping his neighbors and friends.

Tom was preceded in death by parents.
