William "Bill" Howard Ashworth, age 67, of Coloma, Wisconsin died Friday, July 13, 2007 at his home in the Town of Richfield, Adams County, Wisconsin.
Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 16, 2007 at the Roseberry’s Funeral Home in Friendship, Wisconsin. Rev. Candy Lisiecki will officiate. Interment will be at a later date at the White Cemetery, Town of Coloma, Waushara County, Wisconsin.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the time of service on Monday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home.
Bill was born September 29, 1939 in Mauston, Wisconsin to Merton William and Ruth (Foster) Ashworth. He graduated from Adams-Friendship High School in 1957. Bill served in the National Guard. He married Mary Smart on June 24, 1961 in Nekoosa, Wisconsin. Bill worked for 14 years for GM in Janesville, WI. He retired to farm and bought the Country Store in 1973. Bill later bought Follet and Leach Feed Mill in Coloma and named it Ashworth Feed and Implement.
Bill served on the Adams County Board of Supervisors for 12 years, chairing the 51/42 board and the Highway Committee among others.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents and parents-in-law.

Brother-in-law: Ben (Donna) Smart of Sierra Vista, AZ
Brother-in-law: Michael (Penny) Smart of Georgia
Further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
