Ida M. Chase
Ida M. Chase, age 73, of Tomah formerly of Friendship, Wisconsin passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at Tomah Health Care Center in Tomah, Wisconsin.
A celebration of life picnic will be Labor Day weekend on September 2, 2023, to allow family to come home. The address is still to be determined.
Ida was born June 3, 1949, to Donald and Ida (Bankes) Luke. She graduated from Adams-Friendship High School. She married Lester M. Chase on November 18, 1967, in Elroy, WI. They lived in Aurora, Il for 15 years before returning to Adams County. Lester passed away in August of 2014.
Ida loved watching John Wayne movies, Elvis, her t.v., game shows, playing card games, doing puzzles, coloring, and bingo. She also enjoyed collecting dolls & angels.
Ida was preceded in death by her husband: Lester M. Chase, both parents, brothers: Donald Luke Jr. & John Luke, sister: Jennifer Desotell, and other family members.
Survivors include her children: Faith Board, Alice Kuhnwald, Lester (Rhonda) Chase II & Lois Chase; 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; brother: Randy (Helen) Luke, and many nieces & nephews.

Alice and family. So sorry you all are going thru this right now. Please know that you all have family and friends sending love and prayers your way. Mom was an interesting lady. That’s what makes life worthwhile… she will be missed by many. Rest in peace Ida… give dad a hug for all of us
