It is with great sadness that the family of Karen M. Strecker announce her unexpected passing on 03/23/2026 at the age of 68 in Baraboo WI.
Karen leaves behind her daughters Lisa (Robert) and Denise (Nicholas), 4 grandsons, Nicholas, Robert, Ryan, and Matthew and loving partner Francis.
Karen enjoyed making memories with her grandsons which included teaching them many card games. She loved them dearly. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles, paint by numbers, talking on the phone, listening to her favorite music and dancing. She enjoyed peaceful walks with Francis through Devils Lake State Park where she loved watching the Sumac trees change colors in the fall. Karen was smart, adventurous, loving and will be remembered for always checking in on the ones she loved.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
