Kenneth J. Witkowiak

Kenneth was born March 4, 1940, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Roman and Josephine (Witucki) Witkowiak. He graduated from high school in Milwaukee and honorably served in the Air National Guard from 1958 until 1965. He worked as a new home construction expeditor in the Milwaukee area and later did lawn care & maintenance.
Kenneth enjoyed being with family and friends, spending time enjoying the outdoors maintaining his lawn and spending time on the lake with friends. He was a member of the Mukwonago Fire Department as a volunteer, the American Legion, the Lions Club, and was A Mukwonago Police Commissioner.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents: Roman & Josephine; brother: Ronald, and aunts & uncles.
Ken was the cherished husband of Peggy; proud father of Susan (Bart) Liegeois, Randy (Vickie), Scott (Tracy), Robert (Michele), Jack (Vickie) Miller; loving grandfather of Jonathan, Justin, Jacob, Jared (Annie), Kamryn, Kyle, McKenzie & Ethan, and beloved brother-in-law of Patricia.

Ken was the best friend and neighbor. He would do anything for you if he could. We had a lot of good times together and I have many cherished memories. Peggy, we are here for you if you need anything at all. Love you and thoughts and prayers to the entire family.

So sorry for your loss Peggy and the entire Witkowiak family. Kenny was an exeptionally special person. To know him was to be friends with him. Cindy and I will always cherish the times we spent together. May he rest in peace.
Dear Peggy and family, I am very disheartened to find out that Ken passed away. What a good guy. Always a smile and a laugh when you would meet him. I always felt happier afterwards. He was special to me. We had this ” Polish ” conection that brought us joy and laughter and we were both Bears fans ! He always liked it when I would tell him that I named my son, Ken, after him. Sorry for your loss Peggy and all family. Ken was always the ideal neighbor. He always told me if you need anything call me. He always did help me if I needed something. He was a great guy and fun to be around with.

Peg and myself are so very sorry to hear of coach’s passing, we all loved him so much. One of the nicest persons ive ever met. His smile was so uplifting and he was an insperation to all.
