LaVonne Schultz Riese, age 79, died Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Villa Pines Living Center in Friendship, Wisconsin.

There will be no visitation or services. A private service will be held for family at a later date.

LaVonne was born to Herbert W. and Evelyn L. Schultz in Walworth County, WI on November 24, 1939. She was the oldest of 5. LaVonne married Harry C. Riese on August 15, 1990. She retired after 35 years as an elementary (middle school) teacher. After her husband died LaVonne activated her Real Estate license. She was with Pavelec Realty for 10 years. LaVonne had many part time jobs in her lifetime plus she volunteered in various groups plus held 2 terms as the village of East Troy Board of Trustees. She enjoyed being a member of the Monroe Prairie ATV club and also playing bingo after her retirement as a Realtor.

LaVonne is survived by her 2 sisters and a brother as well as her stepfamily. Barbara Schultz, Ruth Crisp and Lee Schultz. Stepfamily, Robert Billings, son-in-law, John & Kim and children, Steve & Mary Ann & children, David & Nikki and children; Dan & Kathy Riese and son Kris & Tiffany; Julane and Lee Scheel, Gary & Sue Scheel and family, Holi and Scott Smart and family, Terry Scheel and family, Todd Scheel and girls.

LaVonne was preceded in death by her parents Herbert and Evelyn Schultz, her husband Harry C. Riese, brother Dennis R. Schultz and step-daughter Ruthann Billings.
