Mark C. Borek, age 63, of Adams, Wisconsin passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at Wm S. Middleton Memorial VA Hospital in Madison.
Mark was born June 30, 1957, in Oak Harbor, Washington to Conrad and Patricia (Winkler) Borek. He attended Hamilton High School in Milwaukee before enlisting in the United States Army. Mark served from November 5, 1974, until he was honorably discharged on December 19, 1975. He served in Germany with training in Race Relations.
Mark enjoyed fishing, camping, collecting military items, and playing/teaching guitar. He loved serving his country and was immensely proud of being able to do so. He was a member of the Bass Pro Fishing Club.
Mark was preceded in death by his father Conrad, and his uncle Ed.
Survivors include his daughter, Jenny; mother, Patricia; brother, Bruce (Cheryl); brother, Guy; two nephews, Cole & Jesse; one niece, Raven; one great-niece, McKenna, and fiancée, Tracy.
