Richard H. DeValk born to eternal life on July 4th, 2022 at the age of 88. He is reunited with his beloved wife Margaret, son Daniel and granddaughter Courtney (baby Kaiden). Dearest father of Susan (Jim) Matuszewski, David (Phyllis), Steve (Kim), Christine (Mark) Lemke, Mark, Deanna (Steve) Bertschinger. Grandfather to Roger Wichowski, Richard (Julie), Kelly (Brad) Luebke, Bryan, Shane, Tim Duffy, Cari (Erick) Duffy-Sebero, Angela, Brandon Collins, Evan, Breanna and Amber Bertschinger and Great Grandfather to 13. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held Friday July 15th at 11:00 am at St. Leos Catholic Cemetery, 1397 County Rd J, Friendship, WI 53934.
I had only known Richard from helping him with falls and helping him out for a couple days. He was a nice gentleman and we had some good conversation. May he rest in peace.
